Just thought I would have a daily rant today!!

I have been contacted lately by 2 seperate guys as they said they had rooms available for me to work from.

I viewed the first which had kids living next door  MMmmmm NOT really suitable at all ;-(  but the house was lovely.

The other house sounded so promising and the guy was saying all the right things and i thought instantly YES!! Fantastic, a guy with a brain that will rent me a room but then when i text him he seems to have gone into the abyss!!
